Essential Oils for Cats, Dogs and Horses
The Conference on Complementary Animal Healing provides solutions to dog and horse stress, dog ear cleaning and emotional well being!
With over ten animal practitioners that specialize in flower essences, reiki, acupuncture and essential oils for horses, cats and dogs, you will surely leave with more natural choices for your animal!
The Conference will be held on Sunday and Monday November 11 and 12, 2012 at the Holiday Inn located in Boxborough Massachusetts. The two day program is sponsored by Maureen Harmonay of Animal Translations. The first day will concentrate on dogs and cats; and the second day will be dedicated to horses.
I am very excited to be a speaker at this event! It provides a fantastic opportunity for animal lovers and owners as well as practitioners to learn about the various natural modalities available.

Overview of Essential Oil Classes and Schedule
Sunday, November 11 - 11:30 to 12:15 PM
• Discovering Essential Oils for Cats and Dogs - Discover the benefits of therapeutic grade essential oils and how they can be used to improve the emotional well-being of our cats and dogs. You'll learn about recommended safety precautions, particularly with cats, and how to best use and apply essential oils. Nan will identify which oils are best used for some of the most common emotional concerns, including separation stress, neglect from former homes, and more. Nan will also discuss how to select oils and will give a live demonstration on how to apply them.

• Essential Oils for Horses - Discover how therapeutic grade essential oils can be used to enhance training and improve the well-being of our horses. Nan will discuss the difference between therapeutic, food, and pure grade oils, the risks of using fragrant grade oils, and the various applications. She will also talk about the best oils to have at the barn for emotional support, including stress, negativity from past experiences, and muscle tension after exercise. Nan will also offer tips as to how to select the right oils for your horse's situation.
