Attunes one with a connection to the nature of self and encourages our "soft" energies to be expressed. Harmonizes energy between the upper and lower chakras by grounding, releasing irritation and fear; and opening the heart chakra.

I also get this oil would be helpful to use during anything that may produce shock - breakup in relationship, accident, emotional upheaval, or loss.

How Do I Use It?

Suggested dilution - 50:50 dilution (one part essential oil: one part of vegetable oil). Then,

• Apply several drops (2-4) on location
• Apply to chakras
  
• Directly inhale or diffuse
  

Can this Oil be Used for Pets? Yes, this is a great oil to use for animals. I would use a very little bit as the aroma does tend to be overwhelming. But I think this would be very good for dealing with negative experiences from the past.

Note About animals: Certain oils can be very toxic to cats. Citrus products and oils in particular that are not of therapeutic grade! Please consult your vet if you are not sure about applying any essential oil to your pet.
