What is in Excite Essential Oil? There are over nine therapeutic grade essential oils in Excite oil. They are listed below along with a brief description of each oil.

• Cassia Essential Oil (Cinnamomum cassia) smells and tastes like cinnamon oil. Contained in the recipe for the Holy Anointing Oil given to Moses.
• Ocotea Essential Oil (Ocotea quixos) from the cinnamon family. Ocotea also has natural cleansing and purifying properties.
• Canadian fleabane (Conyza canadensis) releases irritation and provides gentle support and protection.
  
• Jade Lemon Essential Oil (Citrus limon) unique lemon-lime scent that is uplifting and cleansing. Grown in China. (Link goes to lemon oil)
• Black Pepper Essential Oil (Piper nigrum) spices up things by bringing in energy to projects, relationships and life!
  
• Hinoki Essential Oil (Chamaecyparis obtusa) is energizing and uplifting to the mind. Opens the mind to potentiality and specifically opportunities.
  
• Northern Lights Black Spruce Essential Oil (Picea mariana) is grounding yet uplifting inspiring us to reach the sky and live our potentiality
• Spearmint Essential Oil (Mentha spicata) Rich in carvone and d-limonene.

This oil will fire up your creative edge especially if it has been dormant or stagnant, or you have just hit a dead spot. If it feels a little heavy use some additional lemon with it to uplift and inspire. That helped me as I felt this was a little heavy for me to use without it. That energizes the blend nicely.

The scent may also bring back memories of warm holiday times. The cassia, spearmint and ocotea blend reminds me of "red hot" and minty candies that are a center peice of the holidays. Or the "spicy" version of hot chocolate. Use your imagination here!

What Chakra is Affected? Fires up second chakra and opens heart chakra.

How Do I Use It?

Use diluted - 20:80 dilution (one part essential oil: four parts of carrier oil). Then,

• Apply several drops (2-4) on ears, wrists or feet
• Apply to chakras
• Directly inhale, or
• Diffuse.

Can this Oil be Used for Animals? Yes. Horses especially love to smell this oil.

Note About Animals: Certain oils can be very toxic to cats. Citrus products and oils in particular that are not of therapeutic grade! Please consult your vet if you are not sure about applying any essential oil to your pet.

What are the Safety Precautions? Keep out of reach of children. Avoid using on infants and very small children. Children under 5 years of age or women that are pregnant should not use this oil. Can cause irritation to the skin, therefore dilution is necessary. Repeated use many result in contact sensitization.
