Use the Vita Flex Technique Feet Chart
For Easy Reference

The Vita Flex Technique Feet Chart is an easy reference chart of all the Vita Flex points on the bottom and the top of the feet.

Often times if we work through the feet, the healing work can be even more powerful than done alone. This is because consciously the client does not know exactly what points you are working on; and you can work on a subconscious level.

For children this is a great way to work on them indirectly and they love to have work done on their feet! Who doesn't!
