There are several natural ingredients as well as three essential oils in Omega Blue Essential Oil Supplement. The natural ingredients include:

• Fish Oil – Derived from small fish including sardine anchovy and mackerel which is the source of Omega 3 fatty acids. This product contains a balanced amount of both EPA and DHA: EPA=16%; DHA=11% for optimal health.
  
  
• Rice Bran Oil – Rice bran is a fantastic source of squalene, an anti0cancer and antimutagen that is found in
  
  
• Olive oil. It also contains gamma-oryzanol which has shown to be effective at reducing oxidation better than Vitamin E.
  
  
• Enteric Coating Solution (oleic acid, sodium alginate, medium chain fatty acids, ethylcellulose and stearic acid)

How do I use it?
