There are nine therapeutic grade essential oils in Light the Fire Essential Oil Blend. They are listed below along with a brief description of each oil.

• Nutmeg Essential Oil (Myristica fragrans) includes energizing and uplifting! Energize a stagnant project, carreer or mindset!
  
• Cassia Essential Oil (Cinnamomum cassia) smells and tastes like cinnamon oil. Contained in the recipe for the Holy Anointing Oil given to Moses.
• Mastrante Essential Oil (Lippia alba) Attunes one with a connection to the nature of self and encourages our "soft" energies to be expressed.
• Ocotea Essential Oil (Ocotea quixos) is a unique therapeutic grade oil that helps aid the body's natural response to irritation*. Ocotea also has natural cleansing and purifying properties.
• Canadian fleabane (Conyza canadensis)
• Lemon Essential Oil (Citrus limon) consists of 68 percent d-limonene, a powerful antioxidant; and may be beneficial for the skin*. It has cleansing and purifying properties.
  
• Black Pepper Essential Oil (Piper nigrum) It is supportive of the digestive system and is useful topically for soothing muscle discomfort following exercise*.
  
• Hinoki Essential Oil (Chamaecyparis obtusa) is energizing and uplifting to the mind. Opens the mind to potentiality and specifically opportunities.
• Northern Lights Black Spruce Essential Oil(Picea mariana) is grounding yet uplifting inspiring us to reach the sky and live our potentiality.

How Do I Use It?

Use diluted - 50:50 dilution (one part essential oil: one part of vegetable oil). Then,

• Apply several drops (2-4) on ears, throat, spine, wrists, neck, or feet
• Apply to chakras
  
• Directly inhale, or
• Diffuse.

Can this Oil be Used for Animals? Yes, use it light a fire under some training if needed!

Note About Animals: Certain oils can be very toxic to cats. Citrus products and oils in particular that are not of therapeutic grade! Please consult your vet if you are not sure about applying any essential oil to your pet.

What are the Safety Precautions? Keep out of reach of children. Avoid using on infants and very small children. Children under 5 years of age or women that are pregnant should not use this oil. Can cause irritation to the skin, therefore dilution is necessary. Repeated use many result in contact sensitization.
